The Business Efficiency Audit is diagnostic and advisory. It reviews only the workflows agreed in the written scope.

Included

Current-state mapping, opportunity prioritization, impact ranges, and a 90-day roadmap.

Excluded

Implementation, system changes, and legal, tax, compliance, medical, or security advice are excluded unless separately agreed with appropriately qualified providers.

Estimates

Findings depend on client-provided information and demonstrations. Impact estimates are ranges, not guaranteed outcomes.

Commercial engagement terms will be supplied and adapted for the applicable legal entity and jurisdiction before paid work begins.
