The hosting platform may process essential request and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.

Advisory work

Client work follows data minimization: no credentials, screen sharing by default, redacted samples where needed, and separated client workspaces.

Recording and transcription

Calls used in the audit are usually recorded, with advance notice, for audit and post-call analysis. Recording is not required for the audit to proceed, and the audit does not depend on a live Call Copilot.
